Ordering

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, select your items, choose your size, and proceed to checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at Brightoran@outlook.com within 12 hours of placing it. We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes after that window.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 7-15 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and Europe, along with select other regions. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for assistance.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Please review our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Product & Sizing

How do I find my size?

Each product page includes a size guide. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit. Our team is happy to help — just email us with your measurements.

Are your products true to color?

We strive to display colors as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting.
